• Coordinate, execute, and ensure quality of multidisciplinary engineering project activities.
• Plan and approve implementation schedules, ensuring proper professional allocation.
• Maintain deliverable quality, aligning with project scope and standards.
• Define deliverable review matrix in agreement with project execution hierarchy.
• Ensure designs, analyses, and estimates meet precision and definition ranges for the engineering phase.
