Job Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering sessions and business process workshops
- Configure JDE modules based on business needs and best practices
- Perform gap analysis and recommend standard vs custom solutions
- Translate requirements into functional specifications
- Handle incident & problem resolution (Level 2/3) with root cause analysis
- Conduct impact analysis for releases, ESUs, and patches
- Plan and coordinate UAT, including defect triage and sign-off
- Provide end‑user training, SOPs, and documentation
- Collaborate with technical and CNC teams for deployments
- Act as SME for assigned modules during BAU and projects
Experience
- 4–7 years of relevant work experience
- JDE E1 9.x
- Project‑based or ERP environments
