- Translate various written materials including documents, emails, manuals, and reports between Japanese and English (or the local language).
- Deliver simultaneous interpretation during meetings, training sessions, and conversations between Japanese and non-Japanese team members.
- Assist Japanese expatriates or visitors with their day-to-day communication needs within the organization.
- Facilitate communication during factory tours, audits, and inspections involving Japanese-speaking visitors.
- Foster strong working relationships with both Japanese and non-Japanese colleagues to promote smooth and effective communication.
- Handle all sensitive company information with strict confidentiality.
