Japanese Cuisine Service Lead – Restaurant Team

You will oversee staff to ensure optimum service, inspect grooming and attire, and complete opening/closing duties while safeguarding guest well-being and equipment. You will support management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and coaching employees, while adhering to safety policies and protecting assets.
