IWS Manager role is supporting IWS journey and achievement of performance/engagement factory KPI’s. He/she leads different projects/initiatives and ensure organization change management as a part of IWS implementation plan. IWS Manager also ensures all team members uphold IWS standards throughout each tool/process development and execution.
