Become a vital part of the Indigenous Victim Services team as an IVS Advocate, delivering essential support for victims of crime in Brantford, Six Nations, Hamilton, and Cayuga. Address trauma from physical assault, accidents, and loss with empathy and expertise.
As an Indigenous Victim Services Advocate, your role is crucial in providing timely support to those affected by crime and social tragedies. Reporting to the IVS Manager, you will ensure that victims receive comprehensive assistance through wrap-around services. Working closely with Indigenous Justice staff, you will help create a network of support tailored to the unique challenges faced by Indigenous victims.
