Job Description
Role Summary
As a System and Storage Lead of the Run team, he/she will:
- Design, plan, and execute high-risk and complex Change technical tasks in the ITSM queues
- Lead planning, preparation, and execution of large-scale server OS patching and reboot activities across Windows and Unix/Linux platforms
- Coordinate and manage relationships with internal clients/partners and external vendors for complex hardware break/fix cases, software cases, etc.
- Lead and resolve complex technical tasks in ITSM queues for escalated BAU/Project Requests and Incidents
- Perform advanced analysis and resolution of critical alerts from the monitoring management system
- Architect and provision complex server/cluster builds with advanced hardening according to security standards
