• Resource training and capacity building for operations roles.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, product, and end‑user communication.
• Understand and be trained to deliver services on a Delivery Center practice with Service Levels, automation, and productivity.

• Must be able to speak, read and write fluently in English and Spanish.
• Must pass an English evaluation scoring at least B2.
• Must pass a technical evaluation.
