In the role of IT support, you will work closely with business operations and play an important part in ensuring a stable and secure IT environment. You will support users in their daily work and at the same time get familiar with maintenance, automation, and cybersecurity work.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users in an office environment.
• Troubleshoot computers, printers, and mobile phones.
• Install and configure workstations.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and/or Azure AD.
• Work within the Microsoft 365 environment (Outlook, Teams, Office).
• Participate in development work related to the IT environment and security.
• Support device and application roll-outs.
