IT Technician

Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for IT support queries (email, phone, helpdesk)Manage and update helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely resolutionSupport user onboarding and offboarding (accounts, devices, access)Maintain IT asset register (laptops, mobiles, software licences)Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, escalating where requiredPrepare, configure, and redeploy IT equipmentManage stock levels of IT hardware and request replacements as neededLiaise with third-party suppliers and service providersMonitor mobile and data usage across devicesCarry out routine system checks, updates, and virus scansProvide on-site support when requiredAssist with IT projects and continuous improvement initiativesRequirements
