Key Responsibilities IT Technician Support and Maintenance
- Install configure and maintain computer hardware software networks and related IT equipment across the organisation.
- Provide proactive first and second-line technical support for all users diagnosing and resolving IT issues promptly in line with service standards.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of IT assets hardware inventory and software licences using established asset management systems.
