Position
We’re looking for a proactive, customer‑focused IT Techcnial Support to join our team. In this role, the successful candidate will be the first line of technical assistance for our staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all end-user devices, applications, and IT systems.
Location: Sint-Stevens-Woluwe (Brussels Area)
Start date: at the earliest
Tasks and Responsibilities
Provide first line support to approximately 100 employees across the company
Manage, configure, and troubleshoot end‑point devices (Windows, Linux and Mac laptops, peripherals)
Handle user onboarding/offboarding (accounts, hardware, permissions, software setup)
Maintain and monitor IT helpdesk tickets: triage, resolve, escalate when necessary
