Position Overview
Technical Support Specialist (Bilingual - English/Spanish)
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to end users in our Mexico office
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and simple network-related issues
- Diagnose problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
- Document issues, resolutions, and processes accurately within the ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and management when necessary
- Assist with system setup, configuration, and user onboarding
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and documentation
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
