Technical Support Specialist (Bilingual - English/Spanish)

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to end users in our Mexico office
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and simple network-related issues
  • Diagnose problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
  • Document issues, resolutions, and processes accurately within the ticketing system
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and management when necessary
  • Assist with system setup, configuration, and user onboarding
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and documentation
