IT Technical Support

• Provide technical support and assistance to users experiencing hardware and software issues.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
• Install and configure computer systems and applications for new users.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the help desk system to improve future support.
