IT Systems & Network Support Specialist

Gistec is seeking a hands-on IT Support/Administrator to manage and support the full IT environment including systems, networking, servers, and user support. The ideal candidate will work closely with the IT team and is responsible for independent day-to-day operations.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields, along with 3–5 years of experience in IT support, strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, and hands-on experience with firewalls and networks. This role is critical for ensuring the efficiency and security of IT operations.
