Reporting to the Manager of Store Technology, the IT Systems Analyst will focus on Pharmacy Retail Systems and IT infrastructure. The role involves developing, documenting, and deploying new IT solutions to improve pharmacy retail operations. Principal Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify, design, and develop innovative IT solutions that address the specific needs of pharmacy retail systems. Create and maintain detailed documentation for all IT solutions, including system architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides. Oversee the smooth transition of new IT solutions into production, including testing and user training.
