Responsibilities

Internal IT Operations

• Manage devices, users, and policies via Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365
• Handle onboarding and offboarding (accounts, devices, access, software)
• Provide 1st line IT support to employees.

Infrastructure & Systems

• Manage Linux‑based VPS and internal services
• Maintain access (SSH, keys), system updates, and backups
• Troubleshoot server and connectivity issues

  • Enforce MFA, Conditional Access, and device compliance policies
