SAIC is currently seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented IT System Integration Team Manager to join our team.
**This will be a hybrid-remote role, requiring 2 days of onsite work in Sterling, VA per week.**
**Responsibilities Include:**
+ Be a servant leader to a team of 10-12 system engineers, security engineers and DevOps professionals. Partner with the Senior Manager to bridge mission leadership and project teams across complex border security initiatives (biometrics, RFID, IoT, and optical character recognition).
+ Work closely with team members with varied skillset to ensure engineering, cyber and operations team to ensure full integration and synchronization of project management activities to deliver results.
+ Foster multidisciplinary collaboration across hardware, software, cyber, and operations teams, ensuring tight synchronization and continuous communication to identify and resolve blockers.
