Job Description
Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day management of regional IT infrastructure, ensuring alignment with standards and guidelines defined by Infrastructure Engineering teams.
Provide guidance and mentorship to selected Field Services team members on Level 1 infrastructure-related topics, fostering knowledge development and operational excellence.
Key Duties
- Regional support for IT systems and core applications.
- Operate, maintain and support network solutions (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, MPLS), CISCO routers, switches, Meraki.
- Manage Microsoft Windows Servers (2019, 2022, 2025).
- Backup systems.
- Identify, isolate and resolve issues related to IT services.
- Monitor and optimize global IT systems and core applications with IT monitoring tools.
- Takeover of new or changed hardware & software into production.
