IT Support Officer

Pakistan Wire Industries is looking for a responsible and hands‑on IT Support Officer to manage day‑to‑day IT operations across our factory and office locations. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, proactive, and comfortable moving between company locations as required.

The role requires regular movement between our factory locations in SITE and Ahsanabad . For visits to Nooriabad , company transport/van will be provided. The candidate must own a bike for local movement between Karachi‑based locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day IT support for computers, laptops, printers, scanners, internet, Wi‑Fi, CCTV, and basic networking issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows, MS Office, email accounts, printers, and other office software.
