Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Key Responsibilities: IT Support: Serve as the Data Protection Officer under PDPA regulations Conduct regular security assessments including antivirus checks, troubleshooting, and hardware or software diagnostics Train staff on IT security protocols Design and maintain network diagrams and system configurations Manage IT equipment and accessory procurement Handle various IT-related tasks as needed Inventory / POS System: Assist in the rollout of new POS systems, e-commerce platforms, and inventory management systems E-Commerce and Membership Services: Update and manage e-commerce product listings Address inquiries from customers and suppliers via email, social media, and phone Assist with order fulfillment, including coordination with kitchen and packaging, in the absence of Customer Service staff Marketing and Promotion: Contribu...
