Job Description
Our client one of the chemical suppliers in the UAE is currently seeking an experienced IT Support Executive o join their team. In this role your responsibilities would include but not limited to:
1. Hardware & Infrastructure Support
- Install configure and maintain laptops desktops monitors printers servers cameras access control devices and Wi-Fi access points.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance and ensure proper functioning of all IT hardware.
- Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for hardware-related issues.
2. Microsoft 365 & Cloud Services Administration
- Manage user accounts licenses and permissions in Microsoft 365 (Exchange SharePoint Teams OneDrive).
- Provide day-to-day support for email and collaboration tools including Teams Outlook and SharePoint Online.
