IT Support Engineer — Windows, macOS & Networking

BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company in Switzerland is seeking an IT Support Specialist for on-site duties in Zürich. The role requires handling first- and second-level support requests and troubleshooting across Windows and macOS, printers, and basic network issues.

You will work with third-party vendors for complex AV problems, maintain ticket updates, and communicate issue status promptly. Must have several years in IT and a valid Swiss work permit.
