About the Role

We are looking for a IT Support Engineer to join our IT support team. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their IT career to gain hands-on experience with workplace technology, end-user support, and IT operations .

You will work closely with experienced engineers, providing onsite support to help ensure employees can work smoothly with their devices and workplace systems.

What You'll Do

• Provide onsite technical support for end-user devices such as desktop PCs, laptops, printers, corporate mobile devices, projectors, and other workplace equipment.
• Assist with setting up, moving, and decommissioning IT equipment across office locations (laptops, desktops, and peripherals).
• Help install, configure, and test hardware and locally connected devices under guidance or approved procedures.
