What You'll Be Doing
Acting as the first point of contact for IT support queries (remote & onsite)
Troubleshooting issues across hardware, software, and user accounts
Supporting Windows environments, Office 365, and basic networking issues
Logging and managing tickets through to resolution
Escalating more complex issues to senior engineers
