IT Support & Automation Specialist (m/f/d)

Your mission

As an IT Support & Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of BeWunder IT environment while supporting the continuous improvement of our internal systems and workflows. This is a hands-on position combining end-user IT support with systems integration, automation, and process optimization. 
 
Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will provide first-line technical support, maintain workplace technologies, manage user access and devices, and contribute to the development and maintenance of integrations between our core business platforms. You will also help identify opportunities to automate manual processes, improve efficiency, and support the evolution of our digital workplace. 
 
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, working across multiple technologies, and combining operational IT support with modern automation tools.
