Job Description
- Act as the primary liaison with external network and infrastructure vendors
- Monitor network and system health, managing incident response and escalation where required
- Maintain server environments, including hardware oversight and system configuration
- Execute scheduled maintenance activities such as backups, patch management, and updates
- Provide user support for the Flux trading system, including access setup and troubleshooting
- Deliver technical support for end-user devices, covering deployment, upgrades, and issue resolution
- Lead coordination of complex technical problem resolution across internal teams and third parties
- Implement infrastructure improvements and optimisation initiatives
