About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and service‑oriented IT Assistant to join our Global Service Delivery team based in our Helsinki, Finland office. This is an entry‑level role ideal for someone early in their IT career who is eager to grow within a fast‑paced, global technology organization.

The IT Assistant will serve as the primary on‑site technology resource for the Helsinki office, balancing hands‑on IT support for employees with office operations coordination responsibilities. You will be the face of Corporate Technology in Helsinki — the first point of contact when something breaks, a new hire arrives, or the meeting room display needs attention. You will work closely with the Global Service Delivery team and take direction from the Director, Global Service Delivery, while also partnering with Facilities and Office Operations for day‑to‑day office needs.
