IT Support Administrator

Job Description Summary

STEMCELL is looking for an IT Support Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting end‑user IT equipment and cloud‑based apps and tools STEMCELL staff uses. This is a varied role, including support of cloud apps and services like Google Workspaces, common end‑user IT equipment (Windows, Apple iOS), and a chance to gain hands‑on experience with cloud‑based tools & platforms like AWS, Intune/Kandji & Cisco Meraki.

To be successful in this role you will need to possess a good understanding of common software and IT equipment, strong independent troubleshooting and task‑management skills, and have a passion for delivering consistent customer service.
