Role Purpose
The IT Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and supporting all information technology operations within the plant or manufacturing site. This role ensures the reliability, security, and efficiency of IT systems, networks, hardware, software, and production‑related technologies that support daily plant operations.
Key Responsibilities Supervise daily IT operations within the plant to ensure smooth and uninterrupted support for production and administrative activities. Ensure proper functioning of plant‑related systems such as ERP terminals, barcode scanners, production monitoring systems, time‑keeping devices, and other operational technologies.
