Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related concerns.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose hardware/software faults.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks.
- Manage user accounts, email setup, and system access permissions.
- Assist in maintaining company servers and network infrastructure.
- Coordinate with external service providers for IT-related concerns.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality.
