About the Team:

This team provides expert Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) services focused on the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) domain. The team is responsible for developing new capabilities, enhancing, and optimizing existing HR processes, and integrating core HRMS functions with upstream and downstream enterprise systems. A key priority is ensuring system stability, reliability, data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance while supporting the evolving workforce and business objectives of Henry Ford Health (HFH).

The team partners closely with Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management, and other business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into scalable, sustainable technical solutions.
