Job Description: ClinActis is seeking an IT Security & Systems Administrator to transition from outsourced IT services to a dedicated in house model. The role ensures daily IT support, infrastructure management, and compliance with ClinActis’ Information Security Policy.
Key Responsibilities- Provide IT support for staff and remote users.
- Manage core IT infrastructure (devices, network, security tools).
- Maintain backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
- Implement security controls and support incident response.
- Coordinate IT projects and vendor support for specialized systems.
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
