Job Description
Requirements
- Degree in B.S. Information Technology or similar courses.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as an IT Support or Helpdesk Specialist.
- Knowledge of Network and System Administration would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Security System operation and maintenance would be an advantage.
- Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network.
- Proficiency in IT helpdesk software.
- Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.
- Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security.
- Any IT Certification (e.g. Cisco, Microsoft, etc.) would be an advantage.
- Willing to report to our Los Baños site.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
