Responsibilities

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems, servers, hardware, and software.
• Manage and optimize enterprise‑grade LAN, WAN, and WLAN infrastructure.
• Configure L2 / L3 switching, VLANs, Inter‑VLAN routing, and Spanning Tree protocols.
• Implement and maintain next‑generation firewalls (NGFW), VPN gateways, IPsec, SSL, and Network Access Control (NAC) to ensure institutional data integrity and compliance.
• Manage and monitor on‑premises and cloud‑based server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Management.
• Oversee campus‑wide Wi‑Fi performance, heat mapping, and secure guest/faculty authentication (802.1X, RADIUS).
• Implement and utilize SNMP‑based monitoring tools to analyze, identify, and manage bottlenecks and capacity planning for future campus expansion.
