We are seeking a seasoned UX Researcher + Designer to drive user‑centered design initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes for enterprise‑grade software and complex IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end usability testing: recruit participants, write test scripts, moderate sessions, synthesize findings into clear reports.
• Design and execute mixed‑methods research (qualitative interviews, ethnography, quantitative surveys, card sorting) to answer complex product questions.
