Full Location: Pasig - PH
Our IT Solutions Architect is responsible for supporting the organizations computer systems by troubleshooting and resolving errors. When not resolving issues the IT Solutions Architect will assist the IT team by contributing to product development and improving process.

In this role you will:
Provide production support with initial troubleshooting and issue resolution and escalating when required
Test transcript creation and execution
Defect management, tracking, and reporting
Gather and document technical requirements
Perform database and metrics collection via automation
Develop, administer, and configure web-based software and systems
Manage system integration across web services
