We are looking for an individual who can work at all levels of the business, supporting client accounts, internal functions, and group colleagues, ensuring that technology solutions align with operational requirements and strategic goals while driving value through innovation and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Bring customer and commercial insights to identify current and future client needs, and where technology can enable new services, products or capabilities
Own, maintain and develop the IT commercial bid process, methods and standards
Work closely with Operational Performance to digitally enable products and services, identifying opportunities to add tangible value
Identify client trends and future needs, contributing to the strategic technology capability roadmap (UKI and Group)
Act within governance structures for Technology Solutions, linking with Infosec, Enterprise Architect...
