The Solution Architect will lead the end-to-end solution design for a major HR transformation programme. This role is responsible for defining the target architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and guiding the implementation of HR platform modules such as Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Absence, Recruitment, and Learning.
