Job Description
Job Overview
- Provide 24/7 SOC monitoring and incident response support.
- Act as first‑level support: log incidents, perform initial analysis, and elevate critical issues.
- Troubleshoot IPsec, SSL VPN, MPLS, and cloud networking environments.
- Manage Windows Server (AD, GPO, DNS, WSUS, patching).
- Support cloud infrastructure (EC2, VPC, ELB, VPN Gateway, NAT, Security Groups).
- Handle proxy configurations and network troubleshooting (DNS/DHCP).
- Perform OS upgrades, software installations, and system updates.
- Automate tasks using PowerShell or Python.
- Prepare incident and performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecom, IT, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Cloud, Network, or Windows Server administration.
- Strong knowledge of VPN technologies (IPsec, SSL), MPLS, and cloud networking.
