Job Description
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented IT Service Technician to provide technical support, equipment installation, troubleshooting, and service coordination for internal and external clients. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality technical service while ensuring timely resolution of incidents and maintaining accurate service documentation. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to users experiencing issues with computers, laptops, printers, UPS systems, audiovisual equipment, scanners, and related devices. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and network issues. Respond to service requests via phone, Service Desk ticketing system, email, or in person. Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices. Configure operating systems including Windows and Linux (when required).
