What are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong IT Service Owner / Application Responsible Deputy to join our Digital Banking Technology team. In this key operational role you will act as deputy to the Application Responsible, ensuring seamless, reliable, and secure operation of critical banking applications throughout their lifecycle. You will serve as the primary point of contact for service stability, operational readiness, and incident leadership, bridging development, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders.

Hybrid position in Madrid (3 days at client’s office, Sol area, next to the underground)
