Job Overview:
The IT Manager will provide operational and technical support across a client’s digital and data platforms, with a primary focus on Medidata Rave, enterprise data platform activities, and operational data oversight. Key Responsibilities:
Medidata Rave Support
- Support Medidata Rave activities including user activation for internal users and external CRO users.
- Manage tickets and interactions with Medidata support.
- Configure and maintain Rave modules and functionalities, including IRT-related users.
- Follow SOPs, manage required forms and approvals, and track user activations using Smartsheet.
- Provide intensive support during study start‑up phases, with reduced effort as studies stabilize.
