Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation and effectiveness of IAM controls, ensuring proper access governance and compliance with policies.
• Manage service delivery of cybersecurity services, including monitoring SLAs, performance, and quality of third‑party vendors.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to resolve escalations and ensure continuous service improvement.
