IT Service Desk Specialist - Flexible Hours

Mitre 10 is seeking a Service Desk Technician to join our Albany Auckland based Support Centre. This full-time role works Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, to deliver technical support for staff across the centre and stores.

You will handle incidents, provide remote support, and work with SAP and Office 365. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and efficient problem resolution to improve productivity and technology usage.
