Job Description
HCLTech is seeking a Shift Lead Service Desk to oversee daily operations in a 24/7 onsite environment in Mexico. You will lead the service desk, act as the first escalation point, and ensure SLAs are met while delivering high-quality technical support to end users.
The role combines hands-on troubleshooting with leadership, requires advanced English (C1) and 2–3 years in service desk or similar, and offers exposure to ServiceNow, Active Directory, Citrix, and VPN tools.
