Act as a bridge between local business users in Florida, USA, and Corporate IT in Madrid, Spain. Coordinate all IT projects and activities, manage multiple consulting companies and technicians, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope and within budget.

• Coordinate all IT projects and activities.
• Serve as a bridge between local business users (Florida, USA) and Corporate IT (Madrid, Spain).
• Coordinate different consulting companies and technicians.
• Identify gray areas and potential risks and define corrective actions.
• Define application road‑map in coordination with Corporate IT.
• Manage budget adherence and keep projects within budget.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, scope and budget.
