- Coordinate all IT projects and activities.
- Act as a bridge between local business users (Florida - USA) and Corporate IT (Madrid - Spain).
- Coordinate different consulting companies and technicians.
- Identify gray areas and potential risks and define corrective actions.
- Define applications roadmap in coordination with Corporate IT.
- Manage budget adherence.
- Make sure all projects are delivered on time, scope and budget.
- Ensure quality of the key project phases (definition, design, testing and training).
- Ensure the right level of documentation in all projects.
