IT Release and Deployment Coordinator - Mid level

Summary

The Release and Deployment Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing software and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) releases and deployments in IT Solutions instances pipeline from development to production. This role ensures releases are delivered on time with quality and without unplanned service disruptions for Business Operations, while aligning with security and operational standards – in particular ITIL Change Management norms. The coordinator acts as a pivot between development, testing, automation, infrastructure, security teams and Business stakeholders.

This role requires natural leadership, analytical and troubleshooting skills, and strong personal organisation to drive complex projects efficiently, along with a capacity to discuss with technical, functional and business stakeholders.
