IT Recruiter/Technical Recruiter

Job Overview We are seeking a driven, tech-savvy IT Recruiter with 1 to 1.5 years of experience to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will own the talent pipeline for various technical positions, ranging from Software Engineers to DevOps and Cloud specialists. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through the interview funnel. Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Actively source passive technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and internal databases.
